This is the Berloque miniature 2mm pinfire pistol from Japan - it is nickel-plated brass and has a round butt with deer and rabbit grips. This is an antique, produced in the 1930's and are one of the later models, which has a round trigger & hammer. The barrel is vented, meaning that it can only fire 2mm Pinfire Blanks. It also has a loop on the butt, to which a keychain is attached, and is also a popular gun found often on tie clips and cuff links. The body of the gun has a clear stamp of "CONCRAF JAPAN" and a circled "R" next to it's grips. Also comes with the keychain shown here. We're not exactly sure what the unfinished Concraft spelling with the circled "R" was intended, maybe a spelling and/or production error, but it's a very rare find! This particular model is in "A" or great condition (graded based on the overall working condition and aesthetics for the same style and age). This gun has a very nice finish, with just very minor wear on the gun. The trigger works great and the overall length (OAL) is 1 7/16". These minis are designed to fire ONLY BLANK projectiles. Be cautious when loading and firing this gun regardless!
This gun is listed as J4a in "The Tiniest Guns" by Bob Urso.
