This is the miniature 2mm pinfire rifle from Germany - it is nickel-plated brass and has a round trigger, round hammer and a simulated mother of pearl, plastic stock. This is an antique, produced in the 1930s and are one of the later models, which has a round trigger & hammer. A sticker on this one is marked "NORIS" and the barrel markings "DRGM-Nr. 1983459," the equivalent of a patent number. It's also missing a bayonette. This particular model is in "A" or great condition (graded based on the overall working condition and aesthetics for the same style and age). The overall length (OAL) is 1 5/8". This mini is designed ONLY to fire 2mm pinfire BLANKS, due to having a VENTED** barrel, which is CLOSED/SEALED at the end and therefore can not fire any projectiles. These are VERY RARE, & VERY HARD TO FIND!
A 'VENTED' BARREL GUN design ONLY SUPPORTS use with BLANK CAPS/BLANK ROUNDS! The END OF THE BARREL is SEALED SHUT/CLOSED, so it CAN NOT FIRE A PROJECTILE (ie: Do NOT ATTEMPT to use any type of LIVE ROUNDS/LIVE CAPS/LEAD BALL)!
