This is a Xythos miniature 2mm pinfire pistol from Austria - it is gold-plated, female threaded barrel and black grips, which comes in a wooden flare kit. This is a later styled antique, produced in the 1960's, which has a round trigger and 5 ridge hammer. This particular model is in "NOS" or NEW OLD STOCK condition, meaning these flare kits have never been fired or used! We were lucky to find this new old stock (NOS) from a retired distributor. Overall length (OAL) is 1 5/8". Comes with everything you see here, including a flare adapter, flares, blanks, and all fitted nicely in its wood crate case.

This Xythos model is designed to fire 2mm pinfire BLANKS and the corresponding 9mm Flares. Each flare requires a blank to launch it! Do NOT attempt to fire lead Ball Live Rounds (dangerous, due to the dual cylinders system working flush against itself and the barrel).
